Officials have released notification regarding admissions in Telangana model schools, new admissions in class 6 and entrance test will be conducted to fill vacant seats in class 7-10.
The application process started on 12th January and ended on 22nd February. But this deadline was extended. The opportunity has been given till March 11 and the officials have asked the eligible students to avail this opportunity in a statement.
TS Model School Admissions Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility – The student seeking admission should be studying in the class below for the academic year 2023-24.
Age Limit – 10 years for 6th class. 11 years for 7th class. 12 years for 8th class. 13 years for 9th class. 14 years for 10th class as on 31-08-2025.
Examination Fee – Rs.125 for BC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ EWS candidates. Rs.200 for others.
Application Procedure – For 6th to 7th and 10th class admission in Telangana Model School you have to apply online.
Selection Process – Seats will be allotted on the basis of Entrance Test, Rule of Reservation.
Exam Pattern – There will be an exam for total 100 marks. One mark is allotted for each question. Questions will be asked from all four sections. Each section is allotted 25 marks. Questions will be asked from Class 6 (Telugu, Mathematics, Science & Social (EVS), English) and other classes (English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies).
