How to Redeem RBL Reward Points

1. Visit RBL Rewards Website https://www.rblrewards.com.
2. Click on the Register option at the top of the homepage.
3. On the next page, enter your card number and date of birth and then click on the GENERATE OTP button.
4. Enter the OTP received on your phone and click on OK button.
5. Enter a password of your choice together with your email address as your user ID. Please do not enter your email password here.
6. Click the ‘CREATE MY ACCOUNT‘ button after entering the password a second time.
7. Your account has now been created. To log in, click the login button and enter your email address and password.
8. You are now viewing the RBL Rewards account Homepage. Your RBL rewards points are displayed at the top of the page.
9. You can get a variety of services by using your RBL reward points.
10. Travel – Using the reward points you have available, you can reserve a hotel room or a flight.
11. Recharge – This feature allows you to recharge a mobile phone.

How to Purchase a Product using RBL Reward points

1. Go to the Shop section of the main menu and choose the category from which you wish to buy an item. Alternatively, you may simply browse all things and select a product that interests you.
2. Make sure you have enough RBL reward points to pay for that specific item. By clicking the product’s name, you can view the product’s specifications and details.
3. Once you’ve decided on the purchase, click the Add to Cart button.
4. Check your order on the new page, then click the Proceed to Payment option.
5. Now, correctly enter your mailing address, and then press the Save and Continue option.
6. Confirm your order by selecting the Confirm order option in the following step.
7. Select your payment method now. Choose the Pay with Points option here.
8. Verify the points to be used to buy the item you chose in the following step, then proceed to payment.
9. Your order has now been submitted, and the order ID will appear on the screen.
