AIMS Portal Registration
Indian Railways (IR) has introduced portal aims.indianrailways.gov.in, on this website all Railways employees must register, after completing AIMS Portal Registration login in the portal and salaried employee can view his account information from the portal.
AIMS stands for Accounting Information Management System and is developed by Indian Railways (IR) department, to access AIMS portal, users need to register and login to the webpage using username and password.
- The employee should first visit the aims.indianrailways.gov.in portal.
- Then select Railway Employee Self Service (RESS) from the home page.
- Now the RESS New User Registration page will open.
- Now enter the employee details on the Registration page.
- Enter Employee Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and click on “Submit” button.
- The system verifies employee number, mobile number and date of birth from employee’s bio-data available in IPAS.
- If the bio-data verification is successful, the system will send an initial password to the above mobile number of the employee.
- The system will ask you to enter the password on the screen.
- Enter the password sent to the mobile via SMS and click the “Register and Login” button.
- The system will verify the password and if it is OK, the employee will be registered with RESS and the home page of RESS will be displayed.

AIMS Portal Login
- The employee should first visit the aims.indianrailways.gov.in portal.
- Then select Employee Self-Service from the home page.
- Now the Employee login page will open.
- Now enter the employee number and password on the login page.
- Now click on ‘Sign in’ button you have now completed AIMS Portal Employee Login successfully.
AIMS Portal Password is Forgotten
- The employee should first visit the aims.indianrailways.gov.in portal.
- Then select Employee Self Service from the home page.
- Now Employee login page will open.
- Click on “Forgot Password?” link on Login Page.
- System will ask for User ID, Mobile No and Date of Birth.
- Enter above and click “Submit” button.
- System will verify detail with Already Registered Data, regenerate Password and send to Registered Mobile No.
- User will be asked to enter password as sent on Mobile No.
- After verification, it will set New Password and Welcome Page of the application will appear.
How to Download Railway Salary Slip 2024
- Employees should visit the official website of Indian Railways at https://aims.indianrailways.gov.in/mAIMS.
- Once you reach the official website, click on the “Employee Self Service” link on the homepage.
- After clicking on that link, the Employee Self Service login page will open.
- Once you reach the Employee Login web portal, enter the login details and click on the submit button.
- Once you are logged in, navigate to the Salary Slip section from the menu on the home page.
- Here, you will find all the details related to your Railway Salary Slip including Gross Pay, Deductions, Taxes and Net Pay.
- After reviewing your Railway Pay Slip, you can download it and print it for your needs.
