1. Visit any Union Bank of India ATM in your area.

3. Select the language of your choice.
4. Next, select ‘Generate Green PIN’ from one of the options given on the screen.
5. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number as soon as you click it.
6. Enter the OTP that has been delivered to your registered mobile number by clicking on the “validate OTP” button.
7. Now, select a 4-digit PIN.
8. Enter the PIN again.
9. Click the ‘confirm PIN’ button.

Instead of using an ATM to activate your Green PIN, Union Bank customers can use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service on their mobile phones. Now, follow the instructions below.

1. Call 1800-2222-44 to ensure that your mobile number is registered with Union Bank of India.
2. The automatic voice answer will then prompt you to select your preferred language. Select one for Hindi, two for English, and so on.
3. Next, on your phone, dial 2 for debit card inquiries.
4. Now, on your handset, select option 4 for ATM PIN selections.
5. Next, select Option 1 to obtain your debit card’s tracker ID.
6. Enter your Union Bank of India account number and confirm it by pressing 1.
7. After that, input your debit card’s 16-digit number.
8. Enter your date of birth in the DDMMYY format for the following step.
9. Your debit card’s tracker ID will now be sent to you.
10. You must now dial 1800-2222-44 one more.
