The Andhra Pradesh Gurukula Patasala Common Entrance Test 2024 Notification for 5th Class has been released. The Secretary to AP Residential Education Institutions has published the announcement for Class V Gurukulam admissions in Dr B.R Ambedkar Gurukulam Schools.
Eligible students can apply at apgpcet.apcfss.in on or before February 23, 2024. A common entrance test will be conducted for admission to the following Gurukulams. Admission will be given through the AP Gurukulam 5th class entrance exam 2024.
Online Applications are invited from students for 5th class admission for the academic year 2024-25. The medium of instruction for APTWREIS, APSWREIS, MJPBCREIS is English only. The APGPCET applications will be received from January 25, 2024, and the last date to apply is February 23, 2024.
Age Limit – For SC/ST students, the date of birth should be between 01.09.2010 to 31.09.2014, For BC/EBC/SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) and OC students, the date of birth should be between 01.09.2012 to 31.09.2014.
Qualification – Candidates must be studying in the 4th class during the academic years of 2022-2024, The school must be recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Annual Income – The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum, The income certificate must be issued by the competent authority.
Note – The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only, The native district of the candidate is the place where the student studied for two years in Class 3rd & 4th (i.e., during 2021-22 & 2022-23), The school must be recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, The native place must be certified by the competent authority.
APGPCET Online Application 2024
- All students who are seeking admission into class V in APSWR/ APTWR/ / MJPAPBCWR Institutions for the year 2022-23 should apply online through the website apgpcet.apcfss.in from any internet center or at the help desk of any APSWR Institution / APTWR Institution / MJPAPBCWR Institution from January 25, 2024, to February 23, 2024.
- b) The student should clearly mention the school in which he/she wants to join i.e., APSWR / APTWR / MJPAPBCWR while submitting the application.
- c) There is no registration fee for submission of an application.
- d) The student should mention clearly the school opted in the online application through online.
- e) The candidates are responsible for any wrong entries made during the submission of applications through online. No corrections will be entertained/taken into consideration once Hall Tickets are generated and at the time of admission. The candidates may apply for another application with correct information for generating Hall tickets.
APGPCET Selection Process
- Admission will be given to candidates as per merit obtained in AP BRAG 5th CET (Common Entrance Test)-2024.
- District-wise merit lists will be prepared separately for boys and girls.
- Seats will be allotted as per the merit and school opted, according to the student’s preference.
- The student may opt for more than one school according to their choice.
- The Convener/Co-coordinator has the right to reject the admission if the candidate is found ineligible, or there is incorrect information furnished in the online application.
- If the same rank is secured by more than one candidate, priority will be given to the student with higher age. If the age is also the same, then priority will be given to the student with higher marks in Maths. If the age and marks secured in maths are also the same, then marks obtained in Environmental Science will be taken into consideration.
APGPCET Hall Ticket 2024 Download– Once the application has been submitted, candidates can print their hall pass, which they must present at the testing location as proof of identity.
