Andhra Pradesh University, Visakhapatnam is set to begin the AP PGCET Counselling phase 1 and 2 web options entry process today, Students who have registered for the AP PGCET 2024 counselling process can enter their choices for allotment through the link provided on the official website. The last date for students to complete the AP PGCET web options entry process is November 2024.

Candidates participating in the AP PGCET Counselling Process are required to enter their choice of college for the allotment, After entering the choices, students will be provided with a chance to make changes to the choices entered, The link to make the changes will be available in November 2024, Based on the choices entered, the allotment result will be released.

To be eligible for the counselling of AP PGCET, candidates need to qualify for the AP PGCET Exam 2024 and can participate in the AP PGCET Web Counselling for admission into the first year of various PG Courses. The reporting at the college and commencement of class work will begin in October 2024, Candidates must note that once the seat allotment is released, all rank holders are advised to visit the allotted colleges for reporting.

Verification of Certificates of all candidates except candidates of Special category will be done online only. Candidates are directed to verify their phone messages and email frequently during the certificate verification period as they get updated information related to certificate verification.

7. S.S.C or its equivalent Certificate
8. Study Certificates from Class IX to Degree
9. Residence Certificate (incase where candidate has no institutionalized education) in
   respect of private candidates of APState.
10. Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of
    employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of NonLocal Candidates.
11. Latest valid Income Certificate or Ration Card issued by the competent authority
    containing the name of the candidate.
12. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC
13. Latest Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate from competent authority
    containing the name of the candidate. (if applicable).
14. Local status certificate if applicable i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of the
    state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within a period of Seven years
    from the 2nd day of June, 2015 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of
    Andhra Pradesh.
