Documents Required for AP EAPCET Application Form 2025

- Hall ticket number/roll number for Class 12.
- Hall ticket number for Class 10 or equivalent.
- Proof of date of birth (DOB certificate).
- Caste certificate (for SC/ST/BC candidates).
- Aadhaar number.
- Certificates for PH, NCC, sports category, etc.
- Income certificate (for income up to INR 1 lakh / up to INR 2 lakhs / more than INR 2 lakhs).
- Ration card.
- Study or residence certificate (or any relevant certificate) for proof of local status for the past 12 years.
